Service

Greenteeprints provides a screen printing service to order, sourcing garments and screen printing onto these garments, as requested. The contract is formed once an order has been accepted by greenteeprints and an order number will be given to the buyer as confirmation of this acceptance.
If the specified garment is unavailable at time of ordering, we reserve the right to order an equivalent garment, or one of higher quality. We will contact you if this is necessary.

Delivery

The printed goods are usually delivered within two weeks and we will endeavour to meet required deadlines. However delivery dates are a guide only and will not be legally binding, unless specified as part of the contract.

Fees

We can supply a price list that shows the basis of our charges, which allows us to establish and quote our fees in advance. However, if additional design work is required we will contact the buyer first in order to discuss any extra costs.

We are a small, independent business and DO NOT CHARGE VAT on orders.

Prices

All quotes are subject to stock availability, print ready artwork and are classed as estimates until greenteeprints have received and approved the artwork and taken receipt of the deposit.

Quotes are valid for 28 days from date of issue. Your acceptance of our quote and the goods referred to therein is deemed as your acceptance and acknowledgement of our terms and conditions.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required on placement of your order. Once the necessary garments have been ordered or printing work has begun, this deposit becomes non-refundable. The full balance is to be paid on collection or delivery of the goods, either by cheque, cash or bank transfer to greenteeprints Ltd. We can also accept all major credit cards, please call for details. If paying by cheque please allow 10 working days for cheques to clear before collection or dispatch of goods.

If credit terms have been arranged in advance, we will allow 14 days from the delivery date for payment to be received. All goods remain the property of greenteeprints until paid for in full.

Proofs

Print proofs, where ordered are charged at the product quote price for 10-24 shirts plus screen price of £15. This total amount is deductible from a subsequent order placed within 28 days. P&P not included.

Quality Assurance & Guarantee

We use superior garments from trusted suppliers, print each garment by hand and check each printed garment personally to ensure the highest quality. Greenteeprints give our customers a guarantee on all our products and services.

If a buyer is not happy with any part of our service we will seek to rectify the problem or offer a full refund. This does not extend to consequential loss, for which we are not liable.
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, the buyers statutory rights.

Colour

We try our best to depict accurate colours for garments, using the suppliers own images, however computer monitors can vary so coloured images should only be treated as a guide.

Design Copyright

Designs and ideas for designs provided by the buyer belong to the original designer according to UK copyright law. In providing artwork to greenteeprints for printing purposes the buyer warrants that the copyright to this work belongs to them or has been licensed to them for this purpose, thereby indemnifying us from any resulting breach in copyright law.

The copyright to artwork commissioned by a buyer and designed by greenteeprints is transferred to the buyer once full payment is received for this work.
The buyer has exclusive use of their screen(s) which can be kept for twelve months after their last use, if requested. Screens can be reused for future print runs during this period, without incurring any additional set-up costs. However, at no point does ownership of the actual screen transfer to the buyer.

Copyright and Trademarks

The design, layout, graphics, contents and ordering of the web site are the copyright of greenteeprints ltd. Permission is granted only for electronically copying or printing portions of the web site for the sole purpose of placing or considering placing orders. Any other use of materials on the web site is prohibited. All product and company names trade marks and logos displayed on the web site are the names and marks of their respective owners, including greenteeprints. The trademark and trading name greenteeprints is the property of greenteeprints ltd. and may not be used, reproduced, uploaded, modified or transmitted in any way without our prior written consent.

Returns and Complaints Procedure

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within seven working days if there is a problem.
Due to the customised nature of the products, refunds are not available on customised orders unless the products are defective. If goods are not rejected by the buyer within seven days of delivery then they are deemed accepted.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or disclose your personal details to anyone without permission. We only use your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 for purpose of delivery of goods and for maintaining and providing information about our goods and services. We do not and will not pass on your email information to any 3rd parties.

Liability and Events Beyond Our Control

Greenteeprints will not be liable if we are unable to fulfill our obligations as specified in these Terms and Conditions due to events such as machinery failure, computer dysfunction, loss of transmission link or any other circumstances outside of our control.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts entered into by the seller to the exclusion of any other terms, unless accepted in writing by a director of greenteeprints.
